1) Why did you choose CASA as a place to mentor for FRC?

I live in Longmont, and both Boulder County’s Casa de la Esperanza and the St Vrain Valley School District’s MESA program seemed like interesting projects doing good work.

2) Did you have somebody in your educational world that helped you decide your career?

I had good luck with most of my teachers. Several math teachers were especially influential in helping me decide to pursue a Mathematics degree and enter engineering as a profession.

3) What motivates you as an individual to come and mentor future engineers while working full time?

An interesting project, a nice place to work on it, and pleasant people to work around.

Systems Engineer at Ball Aerospace in Boulder, Colorado, for 7 years. Mathematics degree, enjoy math, engineering, science.
