-We officially started with the team’s group and discussed:

• Goals
• team communication
• distributes jobs within the team, who and what
• deadlines
• Websites, who, how and what
• strategies for the game

This is what we did, and we have a calendar for the goals that are suppose to be met and followed for each week.
